Dr Laxman Kulkarni has been one of the pioneers in land investments around Pune city. Once upon a time a professor at the Pune University, a double Ph.D. in a single thesis, he decided to venture into the field of real estate four decades back with a view to make safe space communities for the middle class. We were first guided to Dr. Laxman Kulkarni in 1998 for a small plot of land we were looking for. He went out of his way to accommodate our constraints and we found something to match our needs and resources in Nande.
